And yeah I just jumped right into Taken King stuff so far so good

 

i picked Titan so i just did the sunbreak mission or w/e its called, really fun and cool. I like the gunplay and the controls, the armor and the bits of lore im picking up. the quest system and the tracking is kind of weird and hard to decipher but im trying to get accustomed to it.

 

i picked warlock, i'm almost done with the taken king stuff. i forgot exactly where i am or my level as i haven't played in over a few months

 

all 3 classes seem really fun, i just went Titan since it seemed like the beginner friendly class. i just hit 27 and so far its been great. the only issue is finding the NPCs in the main hub area to talk to. Its so confusing and strange.

Btw do I take Engrams to someone for them to open?

I remember I bought Destiny and I got up until the first DLC and I just went "ok I'll play this again someday" it's now a few months later and I still haven't touched it.

I think I have more hours in Smite than I ever did in Destiny and I got them around the same time period.

it definitely feels like a "ive got time to kill, ill play some Destiny" kind of game instead of a "i cant wait to get off work/get home and play" game like Overwatch and Dark Souls 3 and Fallout 4 have been. but thats ok. ive literally only been playing like 2 hours so that may very well change as i become more familiar with it.

 

maybe it's I might be bad at this game or maybe it's the 360 controller but playing games like super meat boy require so much precision. It frustrates me so much on the dark world so I'd imagine it is so much easier on PC.

 

Mine does have the pinkish background.

 

REmake is cool thus far. The inventory system is annoying. Wish I could at least have the option to drop items if I need to.

 

Wait till you get to RE0 and see if that opinion holds up.

Alright so I take back what I said earlier, Destiny is truly addictive as hell. It reminds me a lot of WoW but as a FPS, theres ilvl/light requirements to get into raids to get better gear to get into better raids, theres "reputations" so to speak, really fun PVP, great character progression, only thing I'm not sold on is the story but meh I like the universe and mythology surrounding enough to not really be too concerned about that. im already level 35 and from what i understand, 40 is the level cap and then i need to start raising my light level. but yeah, about 4-5 hours in and im loving it.

 

As much as I enjoy GTA V, the mission where you move containers around a shipping yard has to be the single most boring thing I've ever had to do in a video game. The yoga mission is a close second, lol. Whoever came up with the ideas for these missions should never work in video games again.

I'm 13% total complete into Super Meat Boy and I've died over 400 times. I don't know if I should say that's good or bad.
