The best experience I had with them was TWD: Season One, which I played on the disc release for PS4, and it ran fine. Then everything else I did digitally (also on PS4) and they seemed to get progressively worse with each release. The last one I played was the GoT game and I stopped halfway through the first episode because it literally glitched out somehow about every two or three minutes.

 

i agree, i've had terrible lag in every single one LOL. in fact i had to restart TWD S2 (not from the beginning, just taking the game out then putting it back in) in my 360 multiple times it was awful. i'm glad they've finally upgraded the engine, i hope the batman game works well

 

Just to be clear, Telltale games all run fantastically on PC.

 

Not from my experience utter garbage, worse on PC than on consoles for me.

I have little hope for future telltale games when it comes to performance. Life is Strange was a breath of fresh air when it comes to the "TT" series of games since it actually ran reasonably well.

 

The experience seems to vary from person to person no matter what medium it is. That much is clear.

 

In that case I guess Nate and I are just extremely lucky, I dunno. Never had a problem with any of them, so it's always weird to see so many people talking about how garbage they are.

 

Same for me. I can't speak to PC performance, but comparing the two was like night and day. I wish I could've gotten the performance Life Is Strange had even half the time on Telltale games.

 

I agree. I have had numerous people play them on all platforms mentioned with no issues. I guess we are just really lucky!

 

I remember trying to play TWD Season 2 and quitting after the 1st episode because of how bad the frame rate was. I was playing on a ps3 so maybe that was why.

 

TellTale is too busy signing deals for new games to care about actually testing their games or you know, fucking fixing them after release.

Fucking clowns..

 

I feel like TellTale games have always run just fine for me. Worst I had was some lag in the GoT one. But the Walking Dead seasons and wolf among us all ran fine.

 

Yeah TWD 1&2 and The Wolf Among Us ran fine on my shitty macbook. GoT on the other hand got a little janky but was mostly fine

 

I've only ever played TellTale games on X1 and haven't had a single issue.

Yeah I'll probably pass on this one. Weighing getting Mad Max, $15 isnt that bad for it

Hmm, ok. Might pick up telltale GoT, but nothing else really interests me.

 

There are some cool indie titles in there for pretty cheap.

 

Never played a Telltale game I don't think but Batman might sway me.

Child of Light is beautiful. About an hour into it. Wow.

 

Telltale games run fine for me. Far from broken. They're my favorite developer out there.

 

Been waiting to get Mad Max for cheap.

 

Picked up GoT and Michonne. Know nothing about GoT but it's TT so it's gotta be great.
