    Still holds up as one of the best progressive metal-core albums to this day IMO, and it dropped way back in 2011... Insane riffs, drumming, and production... goes so freakin' hard man.

    And also, RIP Diego Farias. Was shocked to hear the news the other day. I had no idea that he was a 2-time Latin Grammy winner as well, with his production work... still seeing posts/tributes from across the metal-core community. It's a shame to see another great talent go so young...

    Volumes had one of the tightest metal-core sets I've seen though... saw them live with Northlane back in 2015, where they performed much of VIA and No Sleep. Unbelievable how spot on they were...

    This album and No Sleep were mainstays of my djent phase. “Intake” is still crushing. RIP Diego
