A Sinister Six featuring Vulture, Morbius, Kraven?, Venom??, amd two more fools, vs. Knull sounds like something Sony would do.
In the NWH scene, they seem to poof away from the MCU and leave some goo at that version of the bar. Then, at the beginning of this movie, they poof from that earth’s version of the bar to this earth’s dingier version of the bar (imo a very funny gag), and leave goo at that version of the bar, which is the sample collected by Strickland. My theory is that Marcel didn’t care about the fine details (good impulse!) and had the sample collected. And then, when someone pointed out that it was a different earth, she and Hardy made the opening Eddie sequence to establish the bar on their earth and make a joke about being tired of multiverse shit. Maybe not, but it’s believable to me, and funny. Look. Resign Drew Goddard to that thing, kick Jared Leto to the curb, and cast some funny actors in the remaining slots… and you could have a fun Suicide Squad style movie, lol. Doubt it’ll happen, and if it does, bet it flops! But, there’s certainly a fun version of that idea to me.
I get that. And like I said I do enjoy these movies. I just want a little Spidey too. And yeah I was mainly talking about Kraven/Morbius. I didn’t see Madam Web and it will probably stay that way.
What recent or semi recent movie used Space Oddity in the trailer was it licorice pizza or maybe that Bowie doc that came out recently?
Saw this today. Liked it more than let there be carnage, but not as much as the first film. The plot was a mess, but I wasn’t expecting it not to be. The last 30 minutes were better than the rest of the film. I’d give it a 5/10
What the fuck is a TheGeekyCast, and why are we taking it seriously. Feels obvious Sony would love to make a Sinister Six movie where Knull is the baddie, lol, but that’s clearly a nothing “source.”
i'm still thinking about how this a movie in the sonyverse or whatever it's called, and rhys ifans is playing a whole nother character that probably has no idea about a giant lizard person
Honestly this was my thought the whole time too. And wouldn’t have been a big deal in my brain if they didn’t bring him into the MCU. Along with Mordo being a run of the mill military general
My screening of this just ended. I went in with zero expectations, and I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. I’m not sure how the other 4 people in the theater felt.
