Oh yeah super in.

 

Initial impressions:

- I hate the way the scientist pronounces "symbiote"
- Venom in HD looks even better
- some generic lines that have been in many movies: "are you willing to sacrifice the one thing you hold most dear?"
- "the guy you work for is the evil person" cringeworthy line lol
- Typical "evil lab doing evil things". Reminds me of Oscorp in the ASM movies, while also reminding me of the upcoming New Mutants
- they make it seem like there will be multiple symbiotes, should be interesting. I was only expecting a post credits Carnage

I'm not sure how Ill feel about this storywise but I'll wait for more in the future. I'm sure I'll still love it even just to see Venom on screen.

 

This looks dope as hell, completely on board

Also I love Jenny Slate and am already sad about all the mean shit people will say about her just because of how she pronounced symbiote :(

 

Wish they could have gotten spider-man to be a part of this somehow. Still looks good though.

 

All I could hear in my head watching that was one long, nasty wet fart, I have zero expectations or hope for this.

Yup has at least a horror influence to me. I was getting too excited so I skimmed through. Dont want to see more. Im sold. Mentally bought ticket. Count me in.

I mean obviously it isn't a deal breaker lmao. It's just annoying to hear mispronunciations. Movies that mispronounce anatomical and medical terms drive me crazy, too.

IMDb lists Tom Holland as a cast member, but I honestly don't know how reliable IMDb can be.

 

It's reminding me of M Night's Last Airbender movie and all the crazy pronunciations in that
