Even though Spider-Man won’t be in the film, I kept expecting to see a red/blue costume appear in the trailer. It’s still weird that Venom won’t have any connection to Spidey.

 

Feel like I’ll still enjoy this movie I think that venom trailer was just horribly cut

 

The second trailer looks so much better than the first, I'm way more on board now. My only complaint is it's hard to understand Venom's voice at parts, but it otherwise looks great. Not sure what people are complaining about.

 

I have no clue what the hell this movie is supposed to be or why it will exist, but man I hate the end of that trailer. Wow.

 

The line he gives to the cashier at the end, or when he actually eats the dude?

Well, I liked the trailer

 

Wasn't a fan of the first 2 trailers, I think they should have waited to just show this one which is pretty cool. I'm in for sure now.

 

Haha all of it, really. I need to know who “punched up” that dialogue

 

Man, this looks so bonkers.

I don't think going for this kinda ridiculousness instead of something more grounded is gonna work out for them. Which is a bummer, because I really want them to keep making these standalone live action Marvel films, especially after Disney acquires Fox. Like, I still really want Silver & Black.

I'm still expecting to have fun in the theater with this, though. I mean, I doubt it'll be much worse of a mixed bag than their last 6 Spider-Man films, tbh.

 

Dafuq is with the dialogue in this trailer....not good.

 

Is venom like that in the comics? His comments were stupid af

 

I haven’t read any comics with him saying anything as dumb as the last scene in the trailer.

 

I just think Sony has no idea how to market this film - I think it’ll be good or at the very least a fun movie experience

At this point I'm just excited for how much they nailed what Venom should look like.

 

Wow....it may have B-Movie dialog, but that poster is amazing.
