Seeing this trailer on the big screen was pretty cool.

 

Dang was it at your Infinity War screening? I was waiting for it but it never came on at my theater.

I know next to nothing about Venom, and I love Tom Hardy, but this role doesn't seem to fit him at all. His accent in the trailer is throwing me off so much as well.

Oh man, this looks so good. This is legitimately just straight up Venom from the comics. Love it.

I'm digging the veins that seem like an extension of the chest symbol. You could kinda see 'em in the trailer, too. Wonder what the actual chest ends up looking like, like how well you'll be able to see the logo.

 

Not sure how I feel but I’m leaning more towards “badass”

 

he looks awesome but i would be shocked if this movie isn't terrible

 

Hardy made a really weird comparison to Ren and Stimpy that made me feel like he doesn't understand the character much.

 

I’m not expecting Venom to have a spider emblem since he apparently won’t have any connection to Spider-Man

 

I know it was kinda up in the air but Venom is officially NOT part of the MCU and is the first in a Sony-Verse

Super weird when I read that.

 

It's so bizarre to me that Sony are basically building a Spider-verse without Spider-Man lol

 

I like the fact that it's not Eric Foreman in the symbiote more than the actual look of it. (I do love the look.)
