Vein - Self Destruct (2017) Album

Chaotic hardcore in the, ahem, vein of early Converge (think more raw stuff, pre-Jane Doe) or early Poison the Well. Toured with Code Orange earlier this year and will be playing four dates with Glassjaw next month. New album is either about to be, or already has been recorded

 

this is incredible. one of the coolest things ive heard this year and its like barely 5 minutes long.

These guys are so fucking good.

 

They're an awesome band, but the hype around these guys is absolutely unreal. Stoked to listen to their LP next year, but I just hope it delivers.

 

curious where that hype is at. i just heard about them in the glassjaw thread this week.

 

in the hxc sphere. in one of the merch swap groups i'm in on facebook, they're jocked to absolutely no end.

 

It seemed like they gained a lot of traction since early in the year, and they have a super dedicated following up here obviously. I think the first record will be good, but then totally nail their sound on the next

good point. fortunately, i live just a few minutes from Kilby so it sounds much more appealing. although, i have band practice that night, so we'll see how that goes... haha
