Yeah the re-recorded tracks sound incredible. Just reaffirming my belief they’re the best band doing it.
I dig the name change tbh. Especially if they're going to keep going in the direction of incorporating more electronic elements into their sound. Better to actually separate out the different arcs of their sound. I honestly wish more bands would do that. My general point in that first post being - we're all gonna refer to them as "Vein" in conversation anyway as opposed to "Vein.fm" so it's not like the stylistic choice matters at all beyond a classification status.
I usually shy from purchasing heavy records on vinyl because for some reason I don’t listen to them as much... but I don’t know if I can deny that variant. So sick
so i haven't really given it much attention til today but hot damn im just gonna go out and say i much prefer the demo version of old data in a dead machine. grimmmeeyyyyyy. gets my head bobbin and the stank face like not alot of songs do.
This goes hard, and just makes me want the followup to Errorzone. Can't believe it's been over 3 years now since it came out.
They've been extremely quiet for over a year now, but they have a bunch of dates coming up starting next month. They gotta have something up their sleeves.
If that's the case, Vein seem to randomly have beef with a lot of their old screamo counterpoints. You can add .gif from god to the list too: Vein Are About to Release Debut 'Errorzone,' But First Want to Settle Scores with .Gif From God | Exclaim!
