Traps with peanut butter on them!!! If you put things like a small piece of poptart on there - just as an example, of course - they will just run right up to it, take the piece of poptart off, turn and look directly at you as if they are laughing at you, then leave unscathed and do this several times over the course of a week just making you madder and madder.
The vegan Saucony Jazz sneaks have treated me really well, and I put my shoes through hell. Definitely recommended if anyone is in the market. Weirdly enough they don't seem to make them in Women's though.
Lots of humane traps available online, but I don't have any experience with them. Ratings are high on the ones I've checked, though? I've only ever used paper-towel-roll-on-the-kitchen-counter trick before. Can't imagine doing that for numerous mice.
I've tried them and they've never worked for me. Most traps haven't worked for me. but these electric shock ones I have are the only one's that have. I don't really want to kill the mice, but they keep coming in and so far I have a body count of like 10-11.

I'd assume this messageboard is largely US-based, but the explosion in vegan products here in Ireland over the last 3-5 years has been nothing short of stunning. There's a [tasty] alternative for absolutely everything. Sure, some are way overpriced, but the majority are comparative or cheaper. It's a good time to be vegan!
