There are some crazy vegans out there, for sure. There's some weird overlap between vegans and antivaxxers that is not good

That said, this Friday will be 5 years of not eating meat so I’ve been thinking of going vegan again (Vegetarian the last year and a half), so that’s exciting

 

Jeeesus I wonder what that guy would think of me buying meat-based food/products for my cat or donating to people on the street who may buy something non-vegan......

 

He's the kind of person that gives us veggies/vegans a bad name. I can't stand people like him.

 

Anyone try the vegan halo ice cream yet? I'm having one now and it's not great, don't know if I just picked a lame boring flavor or if they all taste like chalk

yeah, halo is gross. ben and jerry's and So Delicious are the best ones. not the coconut milk based So Delicious, but the cashew milk base.

I've heard good things about Dreyers vegan ice cream i think

 

Van Leeuwen is my favorite one but the kind they sell in stores is total garbage compared to the kind they sell in their shops, it's kind of pricey but worth it
