Veep is an American HBO political comedy television series, starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus, set in the office of Selina Meyer, a fictional Vice President, and subsequent President, of the United States. The series was created by Armando Iannucci, who created the British political comedy series The Thick of It, and also wrote and directed that series' film spin-off In the Loop (2009), all of which feature the same writing staff.
Can't believe this is already back next week. Seems soon, but I guess it's already been almost a year.Looking forward to the return.
This was maybe a top 5 episode for me, hysterical throughout. "I've always been partial to sinkholes" "Nature's trap-door" hahah That and Jonah and Richard switching identical spots in the office/closet was great.
The premiere was hilarious. I had missed these horrible people so much! "Life gives you Yemen, you've gotta make Yemenade."
Everyone should watch last night's episode of @Midnight. Tony, Reid, and Tim were on it and they were fucking hilarious.
So glad this show is back. Whenever I'm having a rough day, I watch the Jonad Files hearing scene and laugh until it hurts. It never stops being funny. The Cloud Botherer.
I think one of the episodes this season is going to be Katharines entire documentary and it will probably be one of the best episodes of this show.
