haha yeah thats where im looking. im sitting in the chase bridge saturday night and that wasnt even that bad pricewise so, i might grab a $10 ticket just to get back into the building sunday and then try to sort out a better seat once the show starts lol
that's what I did, I feel like there's a chance of an upgrade and even if not going to an afternoon show for $7 is hilarious anyway
ya they were on quite a roll last night. watching the Mets win while a Billy Joel cover band played will be something I'll remember forever!
really good setlist even if it was so awkward that they shoved Chromeo and A Trak into the back of the stage so they can set up the stage during their set, I get it msg has a great union
This is at least tied with MVOTC for me. Been listening to it non stop recently. VW at the top of their game.
i was JUST looking at pics i took from these shows the other day haha, would love a live album of them.
they were incredible when I saw them july of 2024. easily the highest quality stage production for any show i've seen at that venue size (played 4.5k shed here). and the setlist was close to perfect, loved how it started with just the three of them doing old stuff before the curtain came down so yea, gimme a live album with video too hopefully tbh also album holds up. my favorite of theirs is usually contra and this one is probably tied for second with mvotc for me now
They're my favorite live band at this point. My partner was so so on them but after dragging him to a concert he fell in love with them. Keeping this tab open all week for when volume 3 drops. Was able to snag the previous two volumes.
This LP is easily my favorite of theirs. Can say that confidently at this point. Such a good blend of everywhere they went before wrapped up in a nice tight package.
I was watching with my mom and she knew all the answers from geography and I knew all the answers from the songs, it was fun lol.
Seeing them headline a festival tomorrow. Going basically just for them though I'll definitely be catching Father John Misty right beforehand. I'm so excited.
