They all rule though. Probably the best aging indie band, even without Rostam I feel like they are still at near peak power

 

Rostam's solo shit is also incredible. I'd even say Half-Light is just as good as MVOTC

Jk they’re all good

 

Half Light is about 1/3 miss for me, but his best songs are absolutely incredible. I feel like he's got a legitimate masterpiece in him. 4Runner is my song of the decade so far.

Rostam is one of those cases where I like his solo music and I like FOTB fine but both sound like they are missing that extra special something compared to the first 3 VW albums.

 

I like whichever one came with the bucket hats & Birkenstocks best
