Harmony Hall reminds me a lot of the chorus of Finger Back, even without the direct callback

 

Wow Harmony Hall is very different for them, pretty gorgeous song.

2021 is a cool little ditty. figure there's going to be like 4 songs that are like 1.5-2 min

 

Dig both songs. Harmony Hall feels like Contra and MVOTC by way of the Dead.

 

Soooo good. The callback had me smiling and singing along instantly

 

I wish they released two hours of 2021 guitars also.

 

Don't care for Harmony at all.

 

Harmony is pretty good, but not great. 2021, on the other hand...I like that direction.

 

I don’t like the album title, but I like both songs. I’m in, can’t wait for the album!

 

Harmony Hall definitely has some Grateful Dead in it. I love VW getting a little jammy.

Also “I don’t want to live like this, but I don’t want to die” is a pretty great lyric to make a mantra for them. Good move.

Are they really finger-picking the 32nd notes at the end of the guitar phrase in harmony?

Can’t figure out if it’s a delay or an electronic thing or what

Harmony Hall is much better on second listen. They’re following one of my favorite albums of all time so as long as this is good I’ll be happy, and I’m sure it will be.
