I have a soft spot for Val due to my love for The Doors (band and movie) and Batman Forever coming out when I was 9 and obsessed with Batman. And MacGruber, of course.

I was never a huge Val Kilmer fan and think I've only seen like two of his movies, but this trailer made this look so good. Unfortunately I turned it off with only 25 minutes left. It just struck me as boring and depressing.
Ultimately I hope you all enjoy it. I have a feeling if it was done by one of my favorite actors I would have invested more interest in it.

 

I Can see it as depressing.... :(

 

I didn’t know about his health issues and the loss of his voice. Isn’t he in the new Top Gun?
