i brush my teeth, spit the toothpaste out (you can spit more than once ya know), wipe my mouth, dry my toothbrush, put it back in the cabinet, get dressed, realize i'm late, leave. but apparently i use mouth wash incorrectly when i do

I do spit more than once lol but usually just once before rinsing Bc ...obvious reasons

And there’s nothing residual in your mouth bc I find that hard to believe!!

 

I swear that Ryan might not be completely wrong about not spitting after brushing.

 

I don’t typically use mouth wash bc I’m broke and it always seemed like an extra expense but when I have used it I always used it last

I think that’s cause commercials conditioned us to think that way. Bc they always say like “gets the last bits brushing misses” like it’s supposed to be the backup to brushing not the prewash

Looked it up and apparently enamel can't be rebuilt. But it can be remineralized with special toothpaste

 

Oh. I guess that’s better but also seems like it would leave fuzzies and idk I just don’t like this at all
