1: Use mouthwash to clean your mouth and help remove plaque.
2: Put toothpaste on brush.
3: Brush your teeth.
4: Spit it out.
5: DONT BLOODY RINSE YOUR MOUTH OUT because any remaining toothpaste helps build your enamel and all that protective good shit overnight and throughout the day.
