i majored in history too. its interesting imo how there is such a fine line between recent history and political science. bascially goes to show the narratives of history going back even thousands of years are just as dominated by the same bullshit controlling politics today. the fact ur on this site indicates to me u probably have a solid head on ur shoulders and will be a positive influence for the high school kids, i sure as fuck didnt have any history teachers in high school that were willing to present open minded or cynical perspectives like u would see supported here. they didnt like when i cited shit like howard zinn in assignments lmao
