I googled forest bathing and it gave me an article about a practice of being mindful in nature and the health benefits of doing so, so I’m still lost as to how it’s connected to that particular forest with painful associations. I also have no idea if the mindful practice is what @supernovagirl was talking about or if she literally bathed in a river or something or if it was simply a song lyric and I missed the reference completely. Either way I have no idea what is going on!

I haven't watched The Office in so long. Fun Run is on tv. I almost forgot how funny it is!

 

No I mean I know about the forest, I just didn’t understand any connection to people spending time in nature for their health and that place. Forest bathing isn’t a term I know but I’ve definitely done that kind of thing a ton in my life and enjoy it.

The first 4-5 run episodes of that season of the office are some of its best. The 3 or 4 double episodes are excellent.
