It’d be better if he just wasn’t a piece of shit. It’s a wicked album. The first album I ever actually remember.

 

Simply put - English. It’s a daft language comprised of an insane amount of influences. I completely get what you’re saying, but I teach pronunciation, spelling and very basic sentence structure to Japanese kids. I ain’t got the answers you’re after haha.

I did linguistics at school and it was absolutely fascinating. Delves deep into that sort of thing, how language changes through the centuries and also how child language acquisition comes about. In all likelihood there was probably an archaic and now obsolete term for ‘last morning’ that fell out of use and ended up slowly being replaced. So many things dictate the changes aha.

Always amazed at how influential Shakespeare was in coining new words like ‘bubble’. Supposedly.

Always really surprises me how into weed and edibles you lot are. Don’t think I’ve ever met that many people who partake. Not since uni anyway, when I lived with some questionable ‘artist’ sorts. Found a bag of molly in a bible one time with them. Interesting night.

It’s just nowhere near as big in the UK in my experience. And absolutely not in Japan haha.

 

Weed helps my anxiety a lot
But I also will die on the hill that it is better in every way than alcohol and the United States if not most of the world completely normalizes alcoholism and binge drinking so
I always wonder why drinking is seen as completely every day thing but weed is supposed to be limited to partiers or college kids or slackers or whatever

 

i don't mind strapping in (not a sex thing)

and i mostly use weed after work or when i don't have to do anything for the rest of the day. helps with my insomnia a lot.

That’s fair. If it’s being ingested I guess. Smoking is smoking. But yeah with drinking it’s insane how normalised it is. In the UK you get kids drinking at house parties from like 14 years old. I bought my first alcoholic drink at 13!! My first house party consisted of almost getting run over on the way and then throwing up an apple pie at my mate’s house while another friend punched a skip because a girl rejected him
