Is there any like visible damage? Knocking a guitar over will send it out of tune but you should be able to put it back in unless it’s genuinely damaged. If you don’t have a tuner pedal / can’t do it by ear then you can download the free Fender tuner app and use that to help put it back. Don’t waste time and money if it’s not necessary!

 

No visible damage. I've got a built in tuner on my amp and I know how to tune the strings in relation to each other. Problem seems to be that the pitch isn't changing gradually as I'm turning the tuning knobs, but staying the same until it jumps way up. I can't get the E anywhere near where it needs to be
