    Why do mental and emotional issues have to manifest in physical ways? Like it’s already hard enough without simultaneously losing my appetite for days and being sick to my stomach constantly

    But then I feel sick and weak bc I haven’t eaten
    But then I feel like if I eat I’ll just throw it up/be more sick

    It’s literally been the cause to my physical problems but I never believe until I go to the doctor and they smack me for reading webmd and imagining what could be my issue which had ratcheted up my anxiety even more.
