My 17 y/o half brother may be moving in with us in the next couple of weeks, he lives with his mom and step dad about an hour away in a smallish town and he's always fighting with them and I guess she's had enough with him. I feel bad for the kid because from what I understand of the situation it seems like his mom just doesn't want to deal with him anymore, he's been smoking weed and basically doing typical teenager shit. He and I have never lived together before so we don't have that close of a relationship but I think it could be good for him.. He's always been as respectful as a teenager can be when he's stayed over with us in the past but we'll see how it goes once the dynamic changes to us being the "parent" lol
