my latest salsa recipe was basically this:

14 oz. can fire-roasted tomatoes
1 large jalapeno
1/4 cup of finely diced white onion
1-2 tbsp of chopped cilantro
1 garlic clove
juice of half a lime
salt

pulse all ingredients except for the onion & salt in a food processor until well combined.
stir in onion. add salt to taste.
