My aunt just sent us this bullshit link in the group chat saying that god caused the pandemic because we forgot about him and took him out of our schools etc and my cousin wrote a long thing and was basically like ummmmm a bunch a people that went to a church service actually got sick from covid soooo

 

it slaps

 

Are any of these gigantic, and now empty, mega churches opening up as temporary clinics or hospitals to help with the overcrowding and lack of beds for patients? Because I think god would want that.

 

I cannot with peoole trying to bring religion into this right now, a lot of people i know are into their religion which is completely fine but sweet jesus if i see one more post tying covid to religion/god i’m gonna start blocking people i speak with on a daily basis

 

why couldn't you just hide them? I hide everyone

 

I have a family friend posting that they’ve been married for like 30 years now, and the majority of the time he’s traveling for work and he makes bank

Me as a kid: Aw I feel so bad it must be so hard to be married to someone when they’re never around :(
Me as an adult: well yeah of course it’s easy to stay married when you never see each other and you’re free to live your best life

I used to feel sorry for her and now I’m like this bitch has the right idea. Marry a man who’s rich AND never around?! Genius.

 

I think I'm about to lose friends over this whole thing. But family I still have to associate with unfortunately. :(

I can understand the thought behind this especially when I'm mad at my husb lol. But on the other hand while I think I'm pretty independent and like to do my own thing...when I'm away from my husband for a night I miss him so much and feel like a needy ass bitch.lmao

 

kinda sad if your best life means your partner is not around, not in this situation I just feel like so many hetero relationships are just full of contempt like my dumbass husband can't do laundry and my wife nags me

This is my aunt and uncle, expect switched. She travels for work, he stays home with the dogs (he has family money too) They are probably one of the happiest couples I've seen.

 

Yea it's a good deal for somebody who hates their partner haha but I don't want that for our Amber
