I like to get a lil crafty and chop up peppers and onions and put em in the meat with some sriracha before i even add the seasoning

 

I have a million incredible mexican-owned places near me that cost less and taste better so I’ll never have to get chipotle

 

I get chipotle because online ordering is easy

 

i throw corn in with the meat

 

I made some pickled jalapeños, habaneros, and red cherry peppers (I don’t know the actual name of those haha) and they came out sooo much spicier than I expected. It’s hard to stop eating them though

 

I love making guacamole. It's the easiest thing ever and so much better than the pre-packaged stuff.

i do this too. I like to make my own taco seasoning and salsa also.

 

Isn't it kinda weird that both Chipotle and Qdoba started in Colorado?

I suck at making salsa, but I'm also an insane perfectionist who hates his own food 90% of the time. My recipe was probably bad haha. Was it using canned tomatoes?

Anyone ever made a salsa that you cooked and cooled? I love the color of those. But if you put too much onion it can taste like tomato soup.

 

Yeah, I've made these several times! I love a cooked tomatillo salsa especially.

what i noticed yesterday in the supermarket is that you still cannot buy toilet paper. there are like, a few boxes of single rolls being sold for like .79cents each but like, you STILL cannot get big multipacks of good toilet paper.

are these people really still out here afraid of not having toilet paper?
