I wear long sleeves in the summer too cuz there is actually a scientific reason they keep u cooler but I can't be bothered to explain it or look it up. It's definitely true tho

 

Haaa I’m exercising lately to try get confidence but yeah...a long road...my metabolism is fuckedddd and it’s a miracle lately that I’ve managed to put a few kgs on. I get so excited when I weigh myself sometimes hahah. I’m definitely trying.

 

It’s definitely exhausting and frustrating haha. I don’t have much patience either but like I begged her to just listen and not be defensive for one day for my birthday and she couldn’t even do that. I’m at the end of my rope here like I don’t know how to even talk to her. Also the fact that she would just storm out on my birthday is so shitty. She acts like she cares but then all her actions show otherwise.

 

For the record I completely agree all my life ppl been telling me ur too fat ur too skinny ur hairs too short ur hairs too long IDGAF anymore I do what I want lmao. I only still wear long sleeves to stay cool and I'm pale and want to protect my tattoos from the sun

As someone who has always been the most attracted to extremely skinny guys, while also being the extreme opposite end of the spectrum and knowing there being no shortage of people attracted to me....idk. Like as cheesy as “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” is, it’s so genuinely true

 

Basically when u sweat in a loose fitted long sleeve shirt the sweat will evaporate and cool u inside yhe shirt or some shit like that. Cool trick I learned from working in construction
