Ermmmm in my experience once you like something the notification won’t go away on the other person’s phone until they click to go into it or they’re already on the app and refresh. I’ve had this done to me before where my ex was snooping and I had the notification on my lock screen and in the notification pull downs still until I opened the app and it wasn’t there. Even though she’d blocked me out of embarrassment. It said her name and what comment she’d accidentally liked on whatever post.
