i told customer service at delta over the summer to 'fuck off' before hanging up on them because apparently to change your flight its like $400/pp no exaggerations

 

It’s just baffling that February tickets aren’t included. I’m literally out of each window of their waivers. Trip is in July, tickets bought in February. It’s infuriating. So unless the waivers change I’m just shit out of luck.
And of course flights for September are half the price of the ones I bought. Just all around super great.

Yeah, I’m pissed. Like, I get it. I bought economy. Didn’t think there was going to be a fucking pandemic that caused the reason I was going to postpone until September. But sure, let’s pick the arbitrary start date of March 1st of buying tickets to be the only ones eligible.

i work in customer service and whenever i call a company to complain and they say something like 'theres nothing i can do' i always say 'i work i customer service.....theres never a time when theres nothing you can do for your customer'
