I just went in on someone who posted that Candace Owens video on facebook and it felt pretty good, but not good enough.

I wanted to tell her off, but I figured being nice and educational was a good first step. I'm fairly certain that she'll remove me as a friend.

 

I’ve been trying this with my cousin since he messaged me the other day and it’s not going well. He just keeps getting more and more ridiculous and asinine with his replies, and the racism just keeps popping up more and more too. My favorite part was the message he sent at 4 AM last night telling me that my “congintive dissidents” wouldn’t let me see that I’m part of the problem. Trying to not just send a video of someone laughing for hours to that was way too hard. I wrote a long response that ended with some resources, and that’s going to be the end of that from me. He doesn’t deserve the effort.

they either grossly misunderstand history or willfully lie

 

because they think racist is a slur and that being called racist is worse than actual racism haha

 

please just tell him he would vote Democrat back then, and that further back he’d be a Loyalist to the crown... because he’s a boot licker boi

 

it’s the weirdest fucking thing. like calling a hate crime a hate crime is a no no bc then that makes them feel adjacently guilty and their little brain can’t have that so it sort of like a flight or fight response.
