Upgrading Search Server

I will am going to be upgrading and reindexing the search server here tonight at around 7pm (PST). Search will temporarily be offline for about 30 minutes if all goes as planned. The new system uses ElasticSearch and should give us much more breathing room in terms of scale and speed into the future (it's also a more robust and accurate search engine that can sort results by relevancy).
