A bunch of schools in the coming weeks will be announcing their spring concerts. Some schools get some insane lineups, some have some one-off shows that are pretty cool, and everything in between. Feel free to post anything you know of, and try to include as many details as possible! Recently a bunch of shows have flown under the radar (for instance the Maine just played 2 college shows this week that were open to the public), so if you know anything, post away! Massachusetts March 31st - Stonehill College: D.R.A.M. / Charli XCX Michigan April 21st - Central Michigan University: DNCE
David Bazan @ Northeastern (Boston) 3/13 students only unless you know someone (not me, i don't know how, but I saw Somos in the crowd at a student only show once so shrugemoji.jpg)
TCNJ always so lit. Interested to see what they do about Spring concert and to see if i still have enough connections to get in.
If it's at Afterhours, they really don't check / have no issue with letting outside people in. Even at their bigger shows I've never had a problem.
Penn State just announced Movin' On Love & Theft, All Time Low, Clean Bandit, D.R.A.M., and Two Door Cinema Club
A little off topic, but my school always tried to do this and it never went well. Freshman year we had Karmin and I'm still trying to figure out who she is, but apparently she had one kind of hit song? Then we were going to have Kesha and she cancelled. Then we had Jason Derulo, which I guess was cool but not really for me, and then we tried Kesha again Senior year. She cancelled again. I saw that they just got two comedians this year instead. (I fully respect Kesha's decision to cancel the performances, but the whole thing was just kind of funny).
This reminds me, the first time I saw Brand New was when we traveled 6 hours to Penn State for Movin' On :')
The Hotelier is playing UNH on March 24th. $14 including fees for non-students, which I am...anyone else going to be hitting that one up?
Rumour mill, my school (UNL) is allegedly getting All Time Low. This is after A$AP Rocky, Jon Bellion and Alessia Cara allegedly turned us down lmao.
I am coming from Southern Maine, so I have about a 45 minute drive ahead of me. Tickets are only $14 including fees, so you really can't beat it!
