I hope they still do this in the states even if it is next year and isn't actually the anniversary anymore. I was very disappointed when I saw this was for Australia.
2017 is actually the 15th anniversary of this album so I wouldn't be surprised if some US dates happen after these.
Ah. That makes sense then. I hadn't bothered to double check when it came out or to do the math in my head. That makes me hopeful then!
Unwrittten Law have announced a solitary show at the House of Blues in San Diego on Dec 18. I don't imagine it's an Elva show, but hey if anyone is interested...
Setlist from the first show is up. Unwritten Law Setlist at Max Watt's House of Music, Brisbane Not a bad encore! I wonder if their U.S. leg will have quite as many songs. From the handful of shows I've seen, it seems like their U.S. shows tend to run a fair bit shorter than the Aus shows.
Agreed! I'm not sure that'all he the case Stateside, though. They seem to be more popular in Australia than the U.S., ergo longer set lists.
Yep. Correct. They're still quite big in Australia (not really as new material goes) but they seem to tour every December and sell out 2000ish capacity venues up and down the coast. So I reckon per capita prob bigger in AUS. Millencolin get the same as far as bigger in non-hometown country
Still no U.S. dates yet, but probably a nice surprise for those of you in Oz. Don't think this is an Elva show, though...
Unwritten Law will also be playing the Whiskey-a-Go-Go on the 16 as part of the Cyber Tracks Christmas Party, along with Pulley, NOFX, This Legend, and others.
