incredible. of course he’s a huge fan. man. hilarious.
Phone cameras were't as good back then, but here's a couple pictures I took of the show and of B Coops, he's on the top tier with his arms up in the air
that story is AMAZING
They were promoting Through the Never, their concert movie that came out in 2013. That was a weird movie, like the concert parts are cool but the narrative was just so bizarre.
wasn’t dane dehann in that lol? whatever happened to dude
Valerian pretty much torpedoed that dude’s career. I think the most recent thing he’s done was an Amazon series.
Yeah after the underwhelming second ASM and A Cure For Wellness, Valerian felt like the last straw. Sucks cause I actually liked him in Kill Your Darlings and Chronicle
....i like valerian
this is the unpopular movie opinions thread rite?
i mean it's not good but good things don't gotta be good
The box office disagreed
lol I definitely saw Patton Oswalt in San Diego after being at comic con all day in 2013.
That's pretty amazing. Footnote to my story was that Patton performed there the night before or after, I forget which. Which means you and I were in the same room, one night apart
Yeah he was filming his special I forget which one. They kept stopping to fix his makeup and stuff and he would go “swab me intern swab meeeeeeee” so funny. That’s also where I realized I hate comic con lol
he's good in place beyond the pines too. wild.
Oh, totally. Comic con is not my thing at all. But I run my company's booth so I've gone 10 years. My Comic con consists of going straight to my booth for my shit, leaving immediately, getting an uber or a bike out of the Gaslamp, relaxing at a brewery or restaurant far away haha
I love both Metallica AND Lou Reed, but I hate that album.
unfortunately it's amazing
i can't imagine loving both and hating "junior dad" for one
saw that movie in the theater 4 times
w i l d
i like parts of the movie a ton but it doesn't come together as a whole for me
unfortunately, I also saw that movie
Frusciante's solo stuff is way better than anything from RHCP
That’s not a particularly high bar to clear
truly, but he has a few pretty good albums
