I sometimes wonder why the people in HIMYM are friends with each other. if I were in a situation where I had to deal with a guy who had Ted's personality. I could never be like Marshall or Lilly.

seriously anytime ive tried to rewatch early episode since then its just like "whats the point"

 

I mean they were all pretty shit people except Marshall. Lilly was way worse than Ted to me.

 

thats how i feel about ross in friends lol like why do they put up with him for 10 seasons

 

It really is a shame too cause David Schwimmer was hilarious.

 

david schwimmer's best role was greenzo

 

him being monica's brother and eventually rachel's baby daddy is probably a large part

 

psh if he was my brother id cut him off

 

Ross is probably my second favourite character on Friends.

 

Schwimmer was perfect in Band of Brothers as a power tripping superior officer:

Can anyone give me a cliff notes version of why HIMYM ending was so bad? This thread is the first I'm hearing of it being so terrible. I'm not gonna watch the show so if context is required then I don't need to know that bad lol

 

I literally can't take him seriously in anything, even though I love BoB

 

it's just dumb. a huge part of the show was that ted and robin just weren't meant for each other, and that the mother was truly "the one" for ted.


Then they decided, "jk he just loved robin all along"

 

Ross and Rachel are easily the worst characters

 

Whole show is about him meeting their mother and how it was the best thing that ever happened but during it he has this on again off again thing with Robin who he trys to get over multiple times and there's a big thing in the final season about him finally letting her go and then in the final episode after meeting the mother, she dies in the first 20 minutes and the whole show has been him telling his kids the story so he can go get with Robin again...

 

I think this is an unpopular opinion but I never really liked Phoebe..

Then Joey and Rachel
Then Monica
Then every other character including Janice
Then Ross

 

these are probably my exact ratings too

 

Lmao what a cop out. Yeah I can see why a lot of people in here were pissed off by that.
