I might try water for a month in January. See how it goes. Obviously can't start being healthy just before Christmas.
Isn't that wagon good? That's a seinfeld quote but i'm serious. It's the water wagon. Water wagons sound good.
I didn't drink soda for like 2 or 3 years. I was extremely fit as a result now I drink sprite several times a week
I love McDonald's. That seems like an unpopular opinion too even though so many people eat from there.
Unsweetened iced tea is the only way to drink iced tea. Sweet tea is beyond abhorrent... although I used to think the opposite.
I'm not a big tea fan either but I do drink that sometimes. I have like 3/4 sugars though so theyre not very healthy either.
I do like fruit flavored teas, but if I get something from starbucks or somewhere like it, I ask them to tone down the flavoring/syrup because it's usually riddled with sugar.
Oh yeah, sports purgatory. I'm sure there's like cool mountains and waterfalls and rivers and stuff. You can be proud of those.
Talking of unpopular - this is how a mate at works makes tea. Gets the mug, puts a bit of milk in it, then fills it up with hot water and ONLY THEN does he add the teabag. Absolute neanderthal.
