I am not a huge ketchup fan. But on meatloaf, it's fucking god.

I know it's the it thing but if it needs a bit of kick: Sriracha or if it needs turbo kick: Sambal Oelek. Keep both of these stocked. I also use Lawry's Seasoned Salt a lot. I joke that really those three are all the seasoning and condiments I need.

I had ketchup and Sriracha mixed together the other day and it was actually really good.

I don't eat much ketchup but I always put a bunch of pepper in it if I do. Mustard mixed in is good too.
