This thread is moving way too damn fast I can't do audio books because it's hard for me to follow a narrative like that without my mind wandering. If it happens while reading I just go back to where I zoned out, but listening to it I have to rewind and will have to do so a lot. I have a really bad attention span overall so I have no idea how people read and watch tv or watch multiple things at once. I don't even listen to music while playing games because it diminishes my enjoyment of both. I do listen to podcasts a lot, more than music anyway. They're a lot easier to follow than a descriptive narrative like in an audiobook, thigh I still have to rewind sometimes I know nothing about classic literature and I feel bad about it flashbacks are just an essential part of the FF mythos. WELL.
I'm about to start the search for a new laptop and l even if I could afford one (I can't) I'd just rather not. Like idk if you have a specific use for them they're kinda worth it (especially if u making money back) but as a general PC/Laptop like the price point is insane
i had to take some computer class this semester and the prof said that if you had a mac you were fucked because the program we used simply doesnt work on it.
The Principal and the Pauper (the Armin Tamzarian episode of the Simpsons) isn't that bad. That's the one potentially unpopular opinion I feel like sharing.
it's really not. I mean in theory it was a shitty episode to make and I don't treat it as canon, but there are some pretty great bits in it
Related, The Simpsons is inconsistent now but duh there's been 600 episodes, it's not bad now just not peak level
That Armin Tamzarian ep is great. "Armin's copy of swank, ARMIN'S FROZEN PEAS". Is that also the one with the line "my theory is...Skinner lies dog food!"?
i have a hard time simply "watching" new simpsons episodes. the colors in hd are way too bright. it's strangely unsettling
