Had pigeon in Spain. Very good, not my personal favorite. But I could think of some good recipes for it. I guess I will go downtown and lure them in with a slice of pizza. Mmmm trash birds!

 

oh man. i used to get dragged to gun shows when i was younger and that's led to me trying a lot of the big game meats. bison, buffalo, elk, etc. it's all quite delicious. bison burgers are my favorite type of burgers.
