I wish the original frag video community was still around. Most videos these days are so damn lousy. The community is a shell of what it used to be. Watching those Q3 or CS demos was a thing of beauty. Especially if you were on the other side, so you can see how they were playing you and then make your own improvements.
yeah and it sucks the most because I know of two people who had bad upbringing themselves and claimed, I am going to raise my kid right and then fall into the same awful behavior their parents did.
What's also sad is pets in the care of bad owners are still better off there than they are at a shelter
Ugh through my job I know so many unfit parents/pregnant moms. It's horrifying. It's horrifying because they are selfish and delusional.
this is what I am talking about. With a dog, they need to be around you 100 percent of the time, I don't know if I can do that. The cat decides when it wants to be a part of your world and then is happy doing its own thing. Cats like their space as much as humans do. Hence, the perfect companion for me.
I can imagine it's really tough in that scenario to see them too, because there's some people with great hearts who fell into something very difficult that caused them to be more selfish and you can't fault them for trying to make things better, and then there are others who just genuinely are that selfish and uncaring.

I know some absolutely beautiful stories, friends of mine personally who got their kids back in their life and are amazing parents. But I also know people who meet in treatment and get pregnant a month out of treatment and it is an absolute trainwreck. Unfortunately the latter is a lot more prevalent.
What animals are okay to eat and not is interesting, like pigs can be pets and food, those cuties are delicious
people down the street from me have a pig and when we drive by we always peek through the fence to see if its out. if it ever stops showing up i think we'll know what happened
