Fruit > dessert honestly Like I'd take strawberries over cake any day . Today I cooked some apples and bananas in a lil butter and cinnamon and nutmeg and it's so much better than any candy. Honestly. Fruit is nature's candy.
the older i get the less I enjoy being drunk and the more my stomach hates me and the worse I sleep which isn't controversial it just sucks
I’ll take salty/savory over sweet every time but I definitely prefer fruit over baked goods/chocolate/candy
Apples are a trash fruit. Oranges and bananas are boring. I get bored quickly in the winter when it feels like those are the only fruits around me.
I'm not even that old and I'm starting to feel this. Getting drunk used to knock my ass out for a solid 10 hours of sleep when it came to bedtime but now it wakes my ass up at like 8 AM and keeps me awake. Shit sucks and I for sure can't kick it with the drinking buddies as much as I used to which is a mad bummer. Probably healthier in the long run, sure, but all the same.
Red delicious suck but other varieties are great. I wish I wasn’t mildly allergic to raw apple skin but I still eat them a few times a year.
i am very curious about australian apples all of a sudden. here they are dyed and dry a lot of the time.
I honestly don’t know apples by “brand” name as I don’t buy bags, usually just individuals, but they are delicious. I refuse to one by itself though, I always need peanut butter with it. And I usually prefer red to green.
A fruit grocer opened up nearby a few months ago and the red delicious apples are shiny and soooo juicy. bad fruit is so disappointing
