I think people oversalt and underseason. They should be using less salt and more of other things. For whatever reason as an adult I'm way more sensitive to the taste of salt than I used to be. I went to an Easter dinner yesterday. Deviled eggs were way too salty but the mashed potatoes were too gritty and bland. It was sad.

Eggs in all shapes and forms are great except for hard scrambled. More like hard pass. Poached eggs are the best though.
I guess my opinion is truly unpopular then I know not liking eggs is rare but especially with mayo and mustard why
