I remember when one of my film classes showed us The King's Speech as an example of competent film-making
I remember we watched a lot of Hitchcock. I'm sure Run Lola Run was involved. That's all I remember watching.
what I can remember Jaws (first time seeing it and holy shit) Rear Window On The Waterfront Hugo The King's Speech
I only took one film class in college, and it was a pretty basic survey course. A lot of it was the canon, but having to watch The Blair Witch Project again was a bit of a boring day.
Anyone have trouble ranking horrendous films that they really really enjoyed? (Serenity, The Fanatic, Venom) etc
i took a couple, a documentary-focused one, a general survey one, and then a weird one focused on music in film
From what I remember of the film class they offered in high school, we watched... The Jazz Singer Toy Story Erin Brockovich
I’ve seen Grease maybe more than any other movie because for some reason it was the default movie substitute teachers showed us/the movie they put on toward the end of the year in middle school choir/band.
