Yeah cream is what makes it “dirty” I guess that swig chain has some very complicated stuff my wife likes it though. I get a peach Dr Pepper thing sometimes
I don't know of any local places in my state that do dirty sodas other than apparently Applebee's that will just add whipped cream and a cherry to your soda lol Sounds cool though. I'm curious to try some more elaborate ones
It literally just tastes like a cream soda with a hint of Mountain Dew. I just don't really get the point. It's not bad, but it's not good either.
Now see, I can see cream soda mixed with things like this or orange soda. Flavors where it makes sense. This just tastes like someone didn't have enough cream soda or Dew for one glass.

Iirc yes but also they typically were forbidden “hot drinks” so they wouldn’t have tea or coffee either, and they sorta took it as “anything with caffeine” which was somewhat recently relaxed which led to this trend
before reading the last two pages of this thread, if you asked me what a 'dirty soda' was, I would have guessed that it was a soda with some kind of booze in it
