I have never had pork but a lot of the people here used to be obsessed with the pulled pork from Sonny's until they started to decline in quality.

Pork is great when properly seasoned, otherwise can be kind of "meh" to me

you can do pork at like 145 and be fine

 

Yep that's what I usually do with pork chops and then let it rest for 5 minutes to bring the temp up a little more

I'm always paranoid when it comes to cooking meat and use a thermometer for everything unless it's ground meat.. then I just wait for the ground meat to properly gray in the pan

assuming he's talking about airbnbs, those can end up being just as if not more expensive and a lot of the time they ask you to clean up after yourself. it's a scam!!!

 

I am referring to staying with a friend or family member. I don't want people in my home and I do not want to be in theirs.

If you stay in a hotel you can try to get the air conditioning as low as possible and walk around naked. If you stay at someone's home that is often frowned upon.

I also do not want people staying at my house. I don't want people in my house in general.
