Hungry Howie's makes a deep dish now and it's pretty good but it's a little much. I kind of prefer thin crust nowadays.
I’ve had deep dish from Chicago (don’t recall where we went) exactly once in my life and liked it a lot. But, I’m generally a sucker for a thick pizza.

I dig some Pequod's and deep dish, but Chicago style tavern pizza is a personal fave. That said, I do miss living 10 minutes from Pequod's Morton Grove location.
i'm pretty sure when i last went to chicago we had deep dish at giordano's and it was just incredible.
Our Uno's closed a few years ago and I was very sad. There are still some a little further away though.
