Sweet breakfast is not for me. A pancake with syrup every now and then, but I am not eating that on a regular basis
To clarify, I mean the eggs/etc and the French toast. I don't generally breakfast more than cereal or a bagel, but when I do, I go hard.
For me it's also prob french toast > pancakes > waffles tho I usually order pancakes cause it's less calorically dense I consider them all just vessels for my fruit and/or syrup and while I enjoy all 3, waffles don't absorb the syrup as well. Altho it's fun to try and fill the lil squares
I honestly had no idea it was even a controversial opinion, but then again I don't talk about breakfast with people in real life
don’t want all that sweetness. I get one of those 3 once every few years and then I’m good again for a few more years.
I theoretically love French toast, but I haven’t chosen to get it in maybe years now. My default at home is eggs, or maybe like an egg bagel or something. And on the rare occasional that I meet up with someone for breakfast at a diner or whatever, if I’m not doing a basic breakfast of eggs/sausage/etc, I’m doing like a waffle with strawberries.
I got on a kick of eating Cocoa Pebbles recently as a late night snack, but I stopped buying it ‘cause I wasn’t any good at self control with it.
my kids just grabbed these at Walmart, neither of which I even knew existed until about half an hour ago:
