I don't actually drink coffee milkshakes, I never mentioned ketchup, and I dunno about the sugar thing, unless you're saying that sugar changes their flavor. Which I dunno, maybe it does, but it's not like I don't still taste tomato or coffee.
When I worked at a pizzeria I was shocked at how much sugar is added to the sauce. A tomato itself is not very tasty. Despite misguided calls to label it a fruit, you don't see many people eating it by itself like an apple.
Salvia seemed to be a real mixed bag among the people I knew that tried it. The few times I did, it had me really lightheaded and laughing uncontrollably for like 5 minutes. Didn’t really care to mess with it much
Speaking of tomatoes, despite it being the most common examples of how some words are pronounced differently, I have never heard it said with the soft ah sound.
Yeah when I took salvia we were in my friends garage. It was open I remember. I apparently just started laughing super hard and then a stray cat showed up out of nowhere. My one associate at the time laughed so hard just from watching the situation he threw up. Then I was completely back to normal and sober in like 10 min
I lost a bet with a student and now I have to provide a pizza party. What is the ideal third kind of pizza to serve, assuming I am already serving some cheese and some pepperoni? I will not serve any fish.
The one time my best friend and I were about to salvia for real I made him laugh into the pipe and it blew everywhere and burned a hole in his girlfriend's carpet. We also sprinkled some into a hookah bowl once and all it did was give some tracer effects and a terrible headache.
how old are the kids? will they eat peppers? supreme seems like the best third choice for any kind of group that isn't extremely picky
I usually do half plain/half pepperoni. I tried mushrooms once but it didn't go over well. The kid I lost the bet to wants pineapple.
Yeah, depending on how many pizzas for how many teens, I’d usually default to just cheese and pepperoni. If enough kids want a specific other agreed upon third kind, doing so can be a real hit. But also, sometimes whatever third kind ends up being the one you have leftovers for after the cheese & pepperoni are gone.
Then you need to do a Hawaiian too. At the very least it'll be a talking point. 1 Plain, 1 Pepp, 1 Hawaiian. Buff chick would work too
Mushrooms have grown on me but if you are getting a mushroom pie for a mixed crowd you're a psycho. Less of a psycho than a person who has never had a hamburger or coffee, but still.
Buffalo chicken pizza was the most disappointing thing I ate in 2023. I love pizza and I love buffalo chicken but those sauces clash too much.
Nah if done correctly a buffalo chicken pizza with pizza sauce works really well. I'm actually headed to a pizza place tonight where we get sauce on the buff chick pie.
Nah pizza sauce does not belong on a buffalo chicken pizza. The sauce should either be hot sauce or ranch based.
There’s an Indian joint by me that does incredible butter chicken, tandoori chicken, and achari paneer pizzas. They get mad overlooked by the people of Portland and any time I order from them I do so praying it’s not the last time
