I definitely don't feel clean when I wake up in the morning if I shower at night. It's also fine to shower every day, just moisturize which you should be doing anyway. Don't shampoo every day though.
I work out in my friends home gym, that way we can obey our doctors without being influenced by the culture I do also go to a boxing gym and have become a boxing boy which in may ways is worse
Yeah this is the other thing - it’s easy to sweat in your sleep, the shower isn’t a fail safe way to keep your sheets clean. Simply wash your sheets weekly and it doesn’t matter when you shower (unless you work a hard labor job, then I’d definitely say night showers are the way)
I’ve had a partner on and off, lately a lot of things we used to argue about we are handling better so fingers crossed we finally have things figured out
Jeans seem like they would not be ideal in a factory setting. Loose khakis would allow more freedom of movement.
I boxed for a couple of years. There were not many gym bros there but I think it was because it was an extra fee.
have been lifting pretty consistently for like 4-5 years now and i don't feel like im a gym bro but whom can say
It’s important context for this context to define “long day of toil” because if you work in, say, an office job, you can safely not worry about going to bed without a shower
Calling people “gym bro” just because they go to the gym is just insecure projection, anyone over 25 still categorizing people like that should look inward at their own self consciousness / self-judgment (or just their ego if they really are just being pretentious) instead of projecting it on others it’s not a high school locker room you don’t have to choose a side and either be a jock or a nerd lmao, people are multifaceted
